Solids Handling Vertical
Major series screenless, wet basin vertical pump units. For pumping liquids containing solids. Unscreened sewage-industrial by-products-wastes-beet pulp-paper-storm water-food solids-tannery wastes. Capacities 50 to 2000 GPM.
Also available in duplex arrangement with complete liquid level control, alternator and high water alarm. Can be furnished with special trim such as bronze impellers, stainless steel shafts and various types of sleeve bearings.
Solids Handling Submersible
Submersible, screenless, non-clog pump units. For the pumping of liquids containing solids. Unscreened sewage-wastes-paper pulp-food solids-industrial by-products-beet pulp-stormwater-tannery wastes.
Motor is sealed to run completely under water and is furnished with stainless steel shaft, double mechanical shaft seals housed in filled chamber. Motor in addition to overload protection, is also furnished with a built-in moisture detection device. This protective unit immediately detects presence of moisture in the seal housing indicating leakage at the bottom seal, requiring a relatively inexpensive repair since the upper seal has prevented the entrance of water into the motor housing itself. Capacities 50 to 2000 GPM.
Sump Pump Vertical
Bulletin 1910XA Cascade series sump pumps are industrial units of heavy duty construction and furnished with suction strainer. Pump units will pass any solids that pass through the suction strainer openings.
This series is constructed for installation in wet pits and will drain any area that must be kept dry and is below sewer level. Typical installations include industrial plants-refineries-commercial buildings-chemical plants-power stations-municiple buildings-water and sewage treatment plants. Capacities 50 to 2000 GPM. Duplex unit with necessary liquid level controls is illustrated.
