Prime Line

Prime Line floating aerators are designed for maximum oxygen transfer and mixing rates for wastewater treatment. The aerators are of the "paddle-wheel" design with the rotor powered by a 10HP electric motor, flex-coupled to a speed reducing gearbox. Aerator structural components are manufactured of galvanized steel and floats are constructed using marine-grade aluminum.

Prime line aerators are supplied with galvanized staking poles to secure the aerator to the wastewater lagoon levee. Aerators can also be permanently mounted to supply aeration and mixing in oxidation ditch treatment systems.
