Stephen joined the Delta Process team in 1989. He holds bachelors degrees in General Studies from LSU and Business Administration from Belhaven College in Jackson Mississippi.

Stephen began his career in shipping and receiving and functioned in the following roles: Parts Clerk, Applications and Inside Sales, Outside Sales – Municipal, Outside Sales – Industrial, IT Manager, Accounting Manager, Industrial Sales Manager, and is currently our President.

During his career, Stephen developed a talent for opening branch offices in new locations. He established the Jackson, Mississippi and Mobile, Alabama branch offices in areas where Delta did not previously have a presence. Stephen left Delta in 2001 and took a Sales Engineer position with ExxonMobil in Little Rock Arkansas where he remained until rejoining Delta in 2005.

Stephen’s philosophy has been shaped by his life and career experiences. He strives to lead the organization to excellence by recognizing the absolute necessity to satisfy its customers, employees, and principals.



Ben Humphries
Ben Humphries
Municipal Sales Manager

Ben Humphries is a life long resident of Ruston Louisiana and has been a vital part of the Delta Process team since 1986. Ben holds degrees in Petroleum Engineering Technology and General Science from Louisiana Tech University and is pursuing a Master of Biology and Environmental Science degree from Louisiana Tech.

Ben is one of the most respected authorities in the country in the design, application, installation, and maintenance of mechanical sewage treatment plants, collection systems, and water distribution systems. Ben is also well versed in electronic controls for those systems. He is a certified operator and an active member of the following organizations:

  • Louisiana Rural Water Association
  • Louisiana Water Association
  • Water Environment Federation
  • Louisiana Conference on Water Sewer & Industrial Waste
  • Rotary International

In addition, Ben sits on the following national committees:

  • WEF Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant Design Committee
  • WEF Safety, Security, and Occupational Health Committee

Delta Process is proud to have Ben leading our Municipal Sales Division.



David Pinner
David Pinner
Industrial Sales Manager

David joined Delta Process Equipment in 1988. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from LSU and is an EIT. David is also a member of The American Society of Civil Engineers. David is a New Orleans native and has resided in Baton Rouge since 1982.

In his 20 years with Delta, David has functioned in the following roles: Applications and Inside Sales, Manager of Applications and Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Regional Sales Manager, and currently Industrial Sales Manager.

David has 19 years of direct sales experience calling on the petro-chemical market in the southeastern United States and has earned numerous sales recognition awards from both the manufacturers we represent and Delta Process Equipment. During his 19 years in the field David has built a unique blend of expertise in rotating equipment and the petro-chemical market. He is a firm believer in customer service and value-added sales.

David is a valuable member of the Delta Process team and we are proud to have David leading our Industrial Sales Division.



Chris Vidrine
Chris Vidrine
Service and Aftermarket Manager

Chris became part of the Delta team in 2006 and leads our Service and After Market Division. He is a graduate of LSU in Mechanical Engineering and holds an MBA from Tulane.

Chris retired from the military in 2007 after a distinguished career in both the Army and Navy. He was an air traffic controller on the USS Nimitz as well as an Army UH-60 Black Hawk Pilot. Chris served our country proudly in Iraq during Operation Freedom in 2004 as a Blackhawk Pilot.

Chris brings a broad range of skills and technical expertise to our team that he developed as a Maintenance Engineer at Crown Vantage in St. Francisville, Louisiana and as a Lubrication Engineer for ExxonMobil. Chris is a Certified Lubrication Specialist, (CLS) and has completed many factory authorized training programs for the equipment we represent.

Chris is focused on bringing customer service to the highest possible level. He is a valuable member of our team. Delta Process is proud to have Chris leading our Service and Aftermarket Division.



Carol Crain
Carol Crain
Manager of Administration

Carol joined Delta Process in 1997, after having been an integral member of a Baton Rouge CPA firm. While at the CPA firm, Carol was responsible for many of the Delta Process accounting functions and it became evident that Carol needed to become a member of the Delta Process team.

Carol’s tenure at Delta Process involved supervision and management of the following departments: Human Resources, Information Technology, Accounting, Administration, Safety, Inventory, Shipping & Receiving and Data Entry.

Carol is a take-charge, “people person” and she has been successful integrating all the in-house / external entities necessary to manage her department. This involves banking institutions, insurance companies, certified public accountants, attorneys, governmental agencies, and of course, other members of the Delta Process family.

Delta Process is privileged to have an accounting manager of Carol’s capabilities. Her common-sense approach and company-first attitude continue to serve the organization well.
