Sand, Sludge & Slurry - Agitator Pumps
BJM Pumps’ KZN-Series heavy duty submersible slurry pumps are designed to pump sludge, sand, sewage & slurry. The KZN-Series is designed to handle very abrasive applications, where ordinary pumps would not last. Typical industries where the KZN-Series is used include, mines, quarries, dredging, coal and ore slurries, sewage treatment plants, steel mills, and many other industries.
Solids Handling Pumps
BJM Pumps offer a variety of solids handling pumps. Each solids handling pump is designed for different applications:
- The submersible vortex pumps (SV-Series), pass the entire solid.
- Single Vane impeller pumps (S-Series) are designed to pass effluent, dirty water with some solids.
- Shredder pumps, also called cutter pumps (SK-Series), are designed to shear debris before pumping.
- Grinder pumps, (G-Series) designed to pump soft solids found in sewage wastes.
